• Ingredients: Active Substance-Magnesium (in the form of Magnesium L-Threonate) - 144 mg.
• Release Form: Sachet N30
• Scope of Application: as a biologically active food supplement containing bioavailable magnesium.
• Recommendations for Use: for magnesium deficiency in the body. Helps improve cognitive functions, improves long-term and short-term memory, learning ability, and concentration. Protects the brain from age-related changes. Increases stress resistance and performance. Increases the number of nerve synapses in the brain, activates neuroplasticity. Indicated for sleep disorders, irritability, apathy, muscle spasms and migraines.
• Directions for Use: dissolve the content of 1 sachet into 60-80ml of water at 30°C. Adults: 1 sachet per day, in the evening 30 minutes before sleep. Consult your doctor before use.
• Contraindications: individual hypersensitivity to the components of the product. Pregnant and Lactating Women: before use consult your doctor.
